Population: Taken from three sites: 1) Outpatient clinic of a large inner-city hospital located in a high crime and violence, low SES area of NYC; 2) day treatment units of a hospital in a moderately high crime and violence, low to moderate SES area on the outskirts of NYC; and 3) an inner-city Catholic school, located in a high-crime and violence, low to moderately low SES area of NYC. (This population was not in treatment at the time of recruitment.)
