Adolescent Symptom Inventory - 4
General Information
The Adolescent Symptom Inventory - 4 (ASI-4) is a behavior rating scale that screens for emotional and behavioral disorders in youths between 12 and 18 years old. The parent-complete ASI-4 checklist contains 120 items that screen for 18 emotional and behavioral disorders, and the ASI-4 Teacher Checklist contains 106 items that screen for 15 emotional and behavioral disorders.
