The Children's Attention and Adjustment Survey (CAAS) is a brief survey for identifying behavior problems associated with Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder in children. Two versions of the survey exist: The school form is filled out by the child's teacher and the home form is filled out by the child's parent. The information below pertains to the home form.
