Child Conflict Index

General Information

The Child Conflict Index measures problematic parent-child interactions in the home. Measurement take place during a structured telephone interview of parents' recall of these conflicted interactions. Separate versions for boys and girls exist. Information below pertains to the girl version. The Child Conflict Index is partially based on the Parent Daily Report (PDR) by Patterson, Reid, Jones, & Conger, 1975).
