Champion Team Rallies - Recap

Thanks to everyone who attended our Champion Team rallies last week at the NJTS and the Hayes Unit in Bordentown. We had over 80 folks represeting 14 detention centers and two secure care facilities participate from around the state, sharing insights and strategies for best practices on a variety of topics, from staff morale to programs for kids.

I'd like to extend special thanks to our presenters on the gang management panel. I'll be posting another extended post on the information shared and our excellent presenters in the next couple of weeks.

Looking forward to the spring rallies already!
